What makes Chatlio different

Chatlio is built around Slack as the operator interface. It does not merely post a notification that sends an agent to another dashboard. Operators read and answer the full visitor conversation in Slack.

Each visitor gets a dedicated Slack channel. Several teammates can join the same conversation, and several conversations can run at once without mixing messages. Visitors only see the widget on the website. They never see the company’s Slack workspace.
